About Me
Graduated from Bastyr University (Seattle, WA) in June 1997. After two years of practice in Vancouver and Surrey, B.C., I opened practice in Mississauga, ON and established Touchstone Naturopathic Centre in April 2000. I utilize, based on patients' needs, all modalities that ND's are trained in:
1. Therapeutic Nutrition
2. Herbal medicine
3. Homeopathy - single remedies and complex/drainage formulas
4. Acupuncture - needle free techniques such as ETPS and microcurrent
5. Physical medicine - hydrotherapy, ultrasound, massage therapy and craniosacral therapy
6. Personal and Lifestyle counseling
Touchstone Naturopathic Centre is open four (4) days a week and one Saturday a month. Business hours are:
Monday & Thursday 11 am to 8 pm (closed 2-4 pm)
Tuesday & Friday 8 am to 6 pm (closed 1-3 pm)
Saturdays (once a month) 9 am to 3 pm
Other treatments and services that are available at Touchstone Naturopathic Centre include:
a. Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET) - in use since December 2000
b. Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
c. Holistic Nutrition counseling - Laurel Berry
d. Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture - Evelyno Braganza
e. Testing services: conventional diagnostic testing (Life Labs, Dynacare) plus access to Great Plains Laboratory and Doctor's Data Lab amongst others. In-House testing: urine tests for adrenal function, Vit. C, Calcium, and dysbiosis. Also EAV (electroacupuncture according to Voll) electrodermal screening for allergies (food, environment).
