About Me
Dr. Val’s goal is to help his patients become excited about making positive lifestyle choices in order to enjoy healthier, happier lives. Even though he is a complementary medicine healthcare practitioner he has a mutual respect for both traditional medicine and complementary medicine, and believes that when needed both can be used synergistically to provide a more complete wellness plan for patients. He truly believes in the importance of practicing what you preach and investing every day in your health. Dr. Val Cremanaru maintains a general family practice with a special interest in chronic disease, sports medicine, weight loss, mental health and stress management. He applies the principles of Orthomolecular Medicine in the treatment of chronic diseases. His favorite treatment options involves Botanicals (tinctures and teas), Acupuncture, Diet and Lifestyle Counselling which are safe and effective techniques in restoring health to your body. He is licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CNO) and a professional member of the Canadian and Ontario Associations of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND and OAND).

CCNM is also home to the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, a dynamic naturopathic teaching clinic where senior clinicians and ND supervisors conduct more than 27,000 patient visits per year. The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine is accredited by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME), the accrediting agency for naturopathic colleges and programs in Canada and the United States.
